UA Real Estate students are looking for opportunities to learn.
ACRE acts as the liaison between companies who are looking to hire fresh talent and UA Real Estate students. Hire student workers, interns, part-time work & graduates for full time positions.
If you have a need or a desire to mentor a student, let us know!
- Mentor - Share your knowledge with a student. Be available to meet with a student regularly to provide support, encouragement, and advice.
- Shadowing - Allow a student to "shadow" you as you work. They will learn through observation and questions. Time commitment is up to you! (One day, Once a week, etc.)
- Internship - Internships are the best way for students to learn on-the-job training and gain work experience. Internships can be paid or not paid, for course credit (or not, depending on the students needs). Students work a minimum of 10 hours per week doing whatever work-related tasks you set. Responsibilities are set by the employer. This is a great opportunity to teach the student about the work environment and the everyday activities of your business.
