The 17th Annual Alabama Commercial Real Estate Conference will be held at the The Club in Birmingham, Alabama, located at 1 Robert S Smith Dr, Birmingham, AL 35209.

The registration fee for this program is $150 per person which includes a full day of presentations, luncheon, and refreshment breaks.

Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, February 10, 2017. Sessions are from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with two networking breaks and lunch, featuring a keynote presentation.
There is no charge for substitutions; however, you must notify the on-site registration personnel that you are a substitute.
EDUCATIONAL TAX DEDUCTION
Treasury regulations may permit an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to maintain or improve professional skills.
The Alabama Center for Real Estate reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine sections or make instructor changes.

This conference is approved for up to 6 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. In order to receive real estate CE credit, you must sign in prior to the start of the conference, turn in your attendance sheet with your AL Real Estate License Number and stay for the entirety of the program. Conference attendees may decide to attend the morning session (through lunch keynote) only for 3 hours CE. The afternoon session is optional; attendees that attend the morning and afternoon sessions in full will be eligible for 6 hours CE.
This conference is approved for 8 hours of business related Accounting CPE. In order to receive CPE credit, you must sign in prior to the start of the conference, turn in your attendance sheet, and receive a certificate for completion from us.
This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 2.5 hours' credit, including 0 hours of ethics (if applicable).
Individual appraisers can request individual approval for up to 7 hours CE. Please visit our website at www.reab.state.al.us under Education/New Education Option to submit an individual request.
Other real estate affiliates such as appraisers and lawyers may also seek approval for continuing education from their respective licensing boards.

Registrations received on or before December 11, 2016 are eligible for our early-bird special of $125 per person.
Group registrations (three or more) will be eligible to pay $100 per person during the early-bird registration period. After December 11, group rates will be $125 for three or more.
Students attending a university or junior college within Alabama will receive a discounted rate of $50 per student.
